RETURN POLICY
**ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE REQUIRES PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION CODE.**
You must contact our office for a return authorization code within 7 days of receipt of any saddle and 30 days for any other merchandise. Authorized returns must be received within 10 business days of issuing an RA#. Custom ordered saddles are not returnable/refundable, unless deemed defective by Fabtron, Inc. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returns must be received in new/unused condition with tags still attached, any protective covering, and a copy of the packing slip with return authorization code. All returns will incur a 20% restock fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the merchandise has been deemed defective by Fabtron, Inc.
*Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Fabtron, Inc.
*Coverings, such as a sheet or large towel, should be used when first trying on the saddle to assess the fit, to ensure that the saddle does not get soiled or scuffed. All tags should remain intact until proper fit is established. A saddle is NOT returnable if it has any signs of being used, such as scratches (other than naturally occurring scarring in the leather), wear marks, horse hair, or scuffing in the stirrups. This also applies to the included accessories.
**To help ensure proper fit for saddles, we offer the option to purchase the saddle tree. This way you can see how the saddle will sit on the horse, and you can make sure that the seat size works for the rider BEFORE you purchase the saddle. Payment must be made with a credit card. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. When we receive the saddle tree back, you will get a full refund of the cost of the tree (not shipping). There is NO restock fee on the saddle tree.
